私たちは遊ぶために、生活のために、あるいはお金のために仕事をします。違う目的のために、その手段として仕事をしているので、嫌々ながら仕方なく仕事をすることもあります。
でも、それでは長い時間を仕事に費やしている間中、心は上の空...。心ここにあらずの状態になってしまうでしょう。何かのためではなく、仕事のために仕事をします。仕事を手段とせず、今、している仕事を日々きちんとすることを目標にするのです。
そうすることで、毎日の生活はその一瞬一瞬の仕事への集中と、楽しさと充実した状態で輝いていきます。誠心誠意、気持ちを込めて仕事をしましょう。そうすることで、その仕事に魂が吹き込まれていきます。魂のない、いい加減な仕事は結果にもつながらないし、その人自身を濁らせてしまいます。同じように見える繰り返しの毎日も新鮮な気持ちで、心を込めて仕事をしましょう。
