In yoga, the important thing is to be "notice" of it

According to the teachings of yoga, what you are notice of is normal if you are notice of it, and abnormal if you are not notice of it

Mutual claims clash as the main cause of mental turmoil

The question then is whether you are notice or not notice

The truth is that no one wants to fight

Everyone wants to be mentally stable and doesn't want to be disturbed

Of course, there are times when you need to assert yourself, and you may contend with people

At that time, is it in a controllable state where you are aware of yourself properly?

Or is it a state of losing oneself and being involved in a conflict?

That is a big problem

It means that you are always "notice" of your condition
